The 3rd Annual Volunteer Appreciation Event for ICAN's totally rockin' volunteers took place on Thursday, May 21 at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre. Nearly 80 ICAN volunteers and guests enjoyed the hilarious and thrilling performance of the The Wedding Singer!
The event celebrated the more than 15,011 volunteer hours logged by ICAN volunteers in 2008 (an in-kind value of $303,973 based on the national standard of $25.20/hour). During the first quarter of 2009, ICAN volunteers have recorded 6,773 hours for an in-kind value of $137,153! ICAN LOVES our volunteers!
